PERSONALITY:
As a reporter, Persephone Solari used to have a habit of ferreting out details through friendliness, if it could be helped. She was, however, quite professional and would cut to the chase, should the situation deserve it. Not being averse to using unconventional methods to get something important, also helped her career.

Now, however, she is more confident than ever and even flirtatious. This can often extend to using words with double-meanings, should she find herself in the right company.

BACKGROUND:
An up-and-coming cub reporter, Persephone found her biggest break was ultimately to be the key to her survival. Although her main ambition was to become a presenter, the light-weight entertainment show she secured entrance to, sent her on a somewhat comedic piece to do with high-class prostitution and the friskier side of 'S & M'. Agreeing to don a figure-hugging PVC outfit and act out the typical guise of a dominatrix for a paying 'slave', in front of a camera, Sephy discovered an odd liking for it, even being complimented as being "a natural" by the Mistress she was interviewing.

Taken aside, soon after, an offer was whispered into ear and one which rather sparked young Solari's curiosity. Acting on instinct, Persephone returned to the establishment and, in short, found it an ideal outlet for frustrations piled up during the day. Soon, Persephone had effectively traded careers and found herself making a great deal more money, into the bargain.

Some time later and 'Mistress Persephone' accrued enough financial resources to strike out on her own, buying an establishment aboard the Babylonia. It was soon after this that Cylon and Colonial, once more, came to blows. This was, however, something of a strange bonus: Prostitution has become a successful business, catering to both the military and those who can afford it. Persephone runs what is probably the most exclusive of such surviving establishments, keeping 'her girls' clean with regular medical check-ups, as mandated.

Persephone has become financially secure enough to not need to service anyone, herself, but can be tempted to do so, for the right client. Although she will play the teasing or strict dominatrix with male customers, her gender preference is for females and is perfectly happy to go all the way, in such circumstances.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
Has not given up her journalistic skills completely. Still keeps an intact network, of sorts. Knows more than a few secrets of the rich and powerful, due to her profession.
