Queen Xanthia After escaping from New Caprica, two Libron scholars had surveyed the Libran population to find an heir. They had declared that they had pieced together the lineage to the hereditary Saxberg throne and had found a likely successor. Even unable as they were to substantiate the genealogical claims, the very suggestion that there was a Saxberg heir, even from a far-removed branch of the royal family tree, was powerful enough to have Librons throughout the fleet stirring and want to go in there droves to see their new queen. The girl in question was one XanthiaTolwyn, suitably advised by James Tyrell and Dr Sophia Luwens, the two who had ‘discovered’ Xanthia’s lineage in the first place.

Emerald - The grand city of Libran that also housed the Monarchy. This elegant city was not without it's dark points, a connection with the black market that had seen the development of a drug which had been inaccurately named after it's birth place in Emerald.
